Commercial Insights: Develop reporting and insights on pricing, promotions, and assortment performance to inform executive decision-making. Business Case Development: Build financial models and scenarios to evaluate strategic initiatives (e.g., bundle discount changes, discount rationalization) Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product & Planning on assortment planning and product strategy. Collaborate with Marketing to align promotional strategy with brand positioning and customer acquisition goals. Work with Finance on forecasting, margin analysis, and business case validation. Qualification Requirements 1–2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or commercial management. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations. Preferences Passion for the D2C and apparel space. Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Skills and Competencies Technical skills: Advanced Excel/Sheets, financial modeling, data visualization, SQL (preferred).
