Website Project Manager | Web Admin
We are seeking a Website Administrator | Website Project Manager to join our international company’s web development department, specializing in real estate website development. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the continuous content management and administration of the website.
- Collaborate and manage SEO specialists, copywriters, and other project members to ensure uninterrupted content creation and other necessary materials for the website.
- Search, prepare, format, and edit photo materials for all sections of the website.
- Gather all materials and artifacts into a unified system.
- Structure and organize website content.
- Publish content on the website, including textual and graphical elements.
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information displayed on the website.
- Support and update website content in line with company requirements and standards.
- Monitor the quality and compliance of content with company standards.
Requirements
- Experience in website administration is preferred.
- Basic copywriting skills for text verification.
- Proficiency in graphic editing software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing graphic materials.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in working with Google Drive and other cloud services.
- Team management skills will be a significant advantage.
- Attention to detail and the ability to organize information.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Responsibility and high organizational skills.
- English language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
