Are you a Webflow Developer with a passion for creativity and the ability to quickly turn designs into beautiful, functional websites? If yes, we need someone like you!

As a Webflow Developer, you play a crucial role in creating captivating, high-converting websites for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, knows how to use the Client-First Framework by Finsweet, able to work fast and follow best practices while developing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Turn high-fidelity mockups into functioning Webflow websites.
  • Ensure that all elements of the website work together, including links, navigation menus, forms, and more.
  • Develop responsive designs to ensure the website looks good and functions well on all device types and browsers.
  • Implement best practices for web development, including speed optimization, accessibility, and basic SEO.
  • Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure the website looks as intended and meets the client’s needs.
  • Integrate websites with other tools and software using Zapier
  • Set up conversion tracking for forms and advertising platforms to measure website performance and user behavior.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Webflow Experience
  • Experience building sites with Finsweet’s Client-First Framework
  • Proficient in HTML & CSS
  • Basic Javascript & Jquery Experience
  • Up-to-date portfolio showcasing Webflow development work.
  • Proficiency in using Zapier for integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability during our office hours of 9 AM – 6 PM (EST).
