YOUR ROLE:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be WM4D’s frontline in managing and nurturing client relationships. You’ll become an expert in onboarding new clients, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and guiding clients with informed consultancy. Overseeing client advertising campaigns will be an integral part of your responsibility, ensuring our client’s success and our mutual growth.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Foster and handle crucial client relationships
  • Seamlessly integrate new clients into the system
  • Unearth and capitalize on growth possibilities with existing clients
  • Deliver insightful advice and consultancy to clients
  • Take charge of client advertising campaigns

YOUR TEAM AND SUPPORT:

You’ll be working closely with other account managers, campaign management professionals, and website developers, and will report to the Director of Client Services. To get you off to the best start, the business offers an intensive training program spanning a few weeks to introduce you to its systems and operations.

YOUR FIRST FEW WEEKS:

Your initial period will be a deep dive into understanding the systems and the business – getting you ready to take the reins in managing client relationships, driving advertising campaigns, and onboarding new clients.

Requirements

WM4D is seeking a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and an unyielding positive attitude. You are a person who can drive projects forward, mastering the fine balance of maintaining relationships while propelling business growth.

Therefore, to succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, ideally within an ad agency
  • Proficiency in using Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • The ability to swiftly adapt to and learn new software
  • HubSpot knowledge is a big plus

It would be advantageous (but not essential) to have experience in:

  • Running ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, FB, Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn

In addition to these, a knack for identifying and leveraging personal strengths and skills to contribute innovatively to the company’s growth would be highly valued. For instance, if you can run a TikTok campaign, WM4D would be eager to learn from you and apply your expertise to the company’s operations. Alongside your professional experience, your biggest asset in this role would undoubtedly be your positive attitude!
