What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics tailored specifically for web platforms, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. Ensure all designs are optimized for responsiveness and user interaction while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with web developers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to translate project objectives into visually engaging digital solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to iterate and refine designs, ensuring optimal user engagement and satisfaction. Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand messaging across all web-based assets.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) to bring design concepts to life.
• Stay abreast of emerging web design trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our digital properties. Implement new techniques and tools as appropriate to elevate the user experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in web graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating visually compelling digital assets for web platforms.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, with a solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and user interface considerations.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually engaging user experiences.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling you to collaborate more effectively with web developers and implement interactive design elements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, translating project requirements into actionable design solutions.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to embrace new challenges and push the boundaries of web graphic design in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
