Web Developer/Zoho Suite Specialist (Part-time)

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Zoho Suite Specialist with a strong background in Zoho applications, specially Zoho Sites. The ideal candidate should also have experience with WordPress Website Hosting and GoDaddy Domain Hosting. The ideal candidate will support our business by optimizing Zoho Applications and ensuring seamless website management across various platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Migration: Lead the migration of our current WordPress website to Zoho Sites, ensuring all content, functionality, and design elements are accurately transferred.
  • Zoho Suite Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Zoho Apps to optimize Zoho Sites for maximum performance and integration with other Zoho products used by the business.
  • WordPress and GoDaddy Support: Provide ongoing support for the existing website hosted on WordPress until the migration to Zoho Sites is fully completed.
  • GoDaddy Domain Management: Manage domain settings, DNS configurations, and any necessary GoDaddy domain hosting tasks during and after the migration process.
  • Website Optimization: Ensure the newly migrated website is user-friendly, optimized for performance, and aligns with business goals.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Zoho Sites, WordPress hosting, or domain hosting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure the website aligns with branding and business needs, and provide recommendations for improved functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Zoho Suite, with an emphasis on Zoho Sites.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress Website Hosting and GoDaddy Domain Hosting.
  • Experience with other Zoho One Apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Mail, etc..
  • Prior experience migrating websites from WordPress to Zoho Sites (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with website optimization practices for performance and SEO.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, especially within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
