Working Hours:  Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST preferred, with flexibility

Salary:  $2000 – $2500 USD / month + flexible vacation benefits

About the Company:

We offer two main products: a member data platform, and a web and e-commerce platform. Our member platform is the world’s first of its kind, revolutionizing data management for associations, while our e-commerce platform caters to the unique website needs of associations, leveraging the power of WordPress and WooCommerce.

We’re looking to hire a full-time Web Developer, specializing in WordPress. Our whole team is remote, we’ve been around for over 20 years – we would love to work with LatAm talent!

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Web Developer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Team Lead – Web Development, you will be involved in the hands-on implementation of membership-based web projects and eCommerce solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web development within a web agency environment
  • Strong background as a generalist web developer (both front and back-end)
  • WordPress and WooCommerce experience
  • Work in EST timezone

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Team Lead to architect solutions that meet the client’s expectations in WordPress and WooCommerce
  • Write project implementation code with quality, reusability, and security in mind
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to isolate and rectify issues within the codebase, addressing both frontend and backend components of WordPress and WooCommerce websites
  • Utilize strong web development skills to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing WordPress and eCommerce implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand client requirements and contribute to the planning and management of statements of work for WordPress and eCommerce solutions for existing customers
