Scope of the Role 

We’re looking for a web developer proficient in Webflow who can create and maintain website templates and custom websites for our clients. Your role involves translating designs into HTML, CSS, and JS, improving workflows, and occasionally implementing custom functionalities. Strong troubleshooting skills and adaptability are essential as we’re a rapidly growing startup.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain websites primarily using Webflow, ensuring high-quality project delivery and schedule adherence.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality, performance, and user experience, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to introduce new website features and translate designs from Figma into Webflow and WordPress sites.
  • Occasionally manage and update WordPress sites, conducting preliminary testing of development work and providing feedback to designers.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies, suggesting enhancements to company web-based products, and creating repeatable workflows to streamline site management.
  • Perform additional client tasks, including administrative duties and ad management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly growing startup environment.

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills (Must have) 
  • 1-3 years of proven web development experience.
  • Strong understanding of WYSIWYG platforms, with Webflow experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in HTML, jQuery, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Experience with web development workflows and tools like Git/GitHub, REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX is advantageous.
