VP of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing

The Vice President of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention through tailored lifecycle campaigns focused on engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
