GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for a motivated and strategic VoIP Business Development professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services by identifying new business opportunities and forging strong relationships with clients. Your efforts will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy specifically for our VoIP services, focusing on market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships within targeted industries to understand their communication needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our VoIP solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to broaden business contacts and promote our VoIP services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the telecommunications or VoIP industry.
  • Strong grasp of VoIP technology and services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate market opportunities and customer needs critically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
