Virtual Sales Representative

We are a US-based company looking for motivated, results-driven Virtual Sales Representatives from the Philippines to join our team. As a sales representative, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales for our US-based clients. This is an opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a dynamic team focused on building strong customer relationships and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US
• Introduce the company’s services and products, engage prospects, and generate leads
• Qualify leads and set appointments for follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Adapt to various client needs and industry verticals
• Work during US business hours (evening shift in the Philippines)
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvements

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (cold calling experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Willingness to work US business hours (evenings in the Philippines)
• Available to work as an independent contractor
