Virtual Project Manager – Contruction (Remote)

Lead and coordinate construction projects remotely using digital tools and platforms. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring project success through virtual collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects through digital platforms
  • Coordinate with on-site supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Review and approve project documentation and change orders
  • Lead virtual team meetings and progress reviews
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Resolve project conflicts and maintain risk management plans
  • Generate reports and analytics for project tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years construction project management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations
  • Proven remote team management experience
  • Excellence in digital communication and virtual collaboration

Benefits

Base salary: $95,000 – $135,000 DOE
