A Virtual Medical Manager – Workforce manages and leads a team of virtual assistants, ensuring alignment between the virtual assistants’ performance and the clients’ expectations. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of Medical Client-VA pairs while working closely with clients to help grow their businesses through Global Medical’s services.

TASKS:

  • Managing daily operations, planning, and resolving issues for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client targets.
  • Partnering with clients to create task lists that enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Working with clients to grow their businesses using all services offered by Global Medical.
  • Overseeing Client-VA management, including mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, and handling high-level escalations and negotiations.
  • Managing live channel accounts and campaigns, ensuring they meet client KPIs.
  • Formulating scorecards based on client KPIs for effective performance evaluation.
  • Managing relationships with clients and other vendors, making informed decisions during vendor calls without compromising relationships.
  • Applying a strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) principles, including basic WFM-related KPIs, to generate reports and analyze demand and forecasting needs.
  • Troubleshooting WFM-related problems or conflicts and managing over/under capacity.
  • Implementing and evaluating WFM policies and training RTAs for more efficient real-time monitoring cadence.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management, with familiarity in operational processes.
  • Experience in managing live channel accounts/campaigns and formulating scorecards based on client KPIs.
  • Workforce Management experience, including generating and analyzing reports, troubleshooting WFM-related issues, and implementing policies.
  • Highly proficient in English, both written and oral.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and collaborating with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset who is focused, organized, and motivated.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop solutions as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
