Virtual Assistant – Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a transaction coordinator to work remotely with our US based clients for a full time position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tenant Communications: Facilitate effective communication between tenants and relevant stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive tenant experience.
  2. MLS Listing Coordinations: Manage and coordinate multiple listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  3. Residential Lease Management: Oversee the residential lease process, including lease preparation, negotiations, and renewal management. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, clients, and team members.
  2. MLS Experience: Familiarity with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and ability to efficiently manage property listings.
  3. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  4. Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lease management and MLS listings.
  5. Customer Service: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and resolving tenant inquiries or issues promptly.
  6. Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment.
