Virtual Assistant (Sales & Recruitment)

EMAPPLY is currently looking for a Virtual Assistant (Sales & Recruitment) who is highly motivated and efficient to join our team at a growing Australian company. As a Virtual Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts by assisting with various administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and providing general recruitment support. Role: Virtual Assistant (Recruitment)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3am – 11am SAST (12pm – 8pm AEDT)

Salary: R15000 – R18000 P/M

Responsibilities

  • Performing various administrative tasks, recruitment support, and customer service as a Virtual Assistant
  • Assisting the sales team by scheduling and providing excellent customer service, in addition to various team administrative duties
  • Joining a fully remote small team where you will have the opportunity to support the sales team administration and recruitment process
  • Handling sales administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows
  • Managing the Director’s calendar, booking appointments, and utilizing your experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
  • Assisting with job posting and candidate sourcing on various job boards and platforms
  • Screening resumes and applications
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates
  • Assisting with conducting initial phone interviews
  • Updating and maintaining candidate database and records
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales and recruitment team
  • Assisting with drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks and reference checks
  • Responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely and professional communication
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Conducting research on recruitment trends and strategies
  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and social media presence
  • Having experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Possessing knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies
  • Having a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Being proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Having previous experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, and Virtual Assistant roles is preferred

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools is a plus
