Virtual Assistant – Recruiter

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

  • Source and engage with potential Virtual Assistant candidates through various channels;
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding;
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance and recruitment;


  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the virtual assistance or remote work sector;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience as a tech recruiter is a plus;
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for remote work environments;
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment;
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English.


    • Work from home;
    • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
    • Starting salary between 4$ – 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
