Virtual Assistant – Recruiter
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including
- Source and engage with potential Virtual Assistant candidates through various channels;
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding;
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual assistance and recruitment;
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the virtual assistance or remote work sector;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience as a tech recruiter is a plus;
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for remote work environments;
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools;
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment;
- Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
