Virtual Assistant – Legal VA
The VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – LEGAL VA position is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in legal assistance or administration. The successful candidate will provide support to legal professionals by managing various administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of a legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and case files.
- Research: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys with case preparation.
- Client Coordination: Maintain communication with clients, schedule consultations, and assist with client intake processes.
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing the attorney’s calendar, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
As a Legal VA, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in helping our clients maintain their legal practice efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with legal management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
