Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing administrative support? We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our US Law firm client. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys and legal professionals with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the law firm.


  • Manage attorneys’ calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings.
  • Coordinate and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
  • Assist with legal research and document management.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls and emails, drafting and proofreading legal documents, and maintaining client files.
  • Prepare and submit legal filings, such as court forms and applications.
  • Organize and maintain legal libraries, databases, and case files.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.


  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of New York State/US Federal law, specifically in penal law and criminal procedure. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing evidence and drafting motions.
  • Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent command of legal English language.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
