Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant
VirtueStaff is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for providing high-level administrative support to executives while ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documentation with high attention to detail
- Maintain organized files and records, both digital and paper, for easy retrieval
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members, providing timely communication and support
- Conduct research and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails and special projects
- Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with project management software and CRM tools is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
