Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant

VirtueStaff is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for providing high-level administrative support to executives while ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documentation with high attention to detail
  • Maintain organized files and records, both digital and paper, for easy retrieval
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members, providing timely communication and support
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing emails and special projects
  • Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management software and CRM tools is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
