Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Respond to emails and manage communications with clients and team members.
- Assist in data entry and the management of digital files and documentation.
- Perform market research and compile reports as needed.
- Support social media presence through content planning and posting.
- Track project timelines and deadlines to ensure deliverables are met.
- Implement system improvements to increase efficiency across various tasks.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar is beneficial.
- Must have a dependable internet connection and the necessary equipment for remote work.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
