Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Respond to emails and manage communications with clients and team members.
  • Assist in data entry and the management of digital files and documentation.
  • Perform market research and compile reports as needed.
  • Support social media presence through content planning and posting.
  • Track project timelines and deadlines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Implement system improvements to increase efficiency across various tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar is beneficial.
  • Must have a dependable internet connection and the necessary equipment for remote work.
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
