About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective leader, and possess a deep understanding of the ever-evolving marketing landscape. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years relevant B2B SaaS marketing experience, including ABM, enterprise sales marketing and PLG marketing.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • HubSpot, social platforms, Google Analytics, and PPC platform experience required.
  • Insider threat, behavior analytics, employee monitoring experience a plus.
  • Ability to drill down into execution-level details and lead from the front.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
    • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of online marketing.
  • Product Marketing:
    • Collaborate with product teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
    • Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives support the organization’s long-term goals.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned with the company’s values and goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Public Relations and Communication:
    • Oversee the creation and execution of public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
    • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and key industry stakeholders.
