We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to come join out product team working on exciting projects and products!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.

· Develop user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions.

· Create user flows and low fidelity wireframes.

· Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma.

· Create user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives.

· Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback

Qualifications:

· Good spoken and written English language.

· 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a related field.

· Strong understanding of UX design principles

· Strong understanding of UI design principles and methodologies.

· Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.

· Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Proficiency in Figma

· Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus points:

· Experience in online trading or working in online trading industry.

· Experience working with Lean UX and in Agile environment.

· Experience working with design systems.

· Experience with product metrics.
