The role:
You’ll enjoy significant autonomy in your day-to-day work, while always having the full backing of our experienced UX Research Team. Your core mission at Droids On Roids? To lead the charge in planning and conducting research and discovery that directly elevates the user experience of our products.
You’ll be deeply embedded, working hand-in-hand with:
- Our Clients: From the very first contact, you’ll be their UX champion, guiding them throughout the product lifecycle.
- Product owners: You’ll be the bridge, gathering insights, asking the tough questions, and incorporating feedback to constantly refine your research and product direction.
- The Product Strategy Team: This multi-skilled team focuses on client acquisition and initial product discovery – you’ll join forces with them right from that crucial first meeting.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a UX Researcher,
- Practical knowledge of research methods (quantitative and qualitative),
- Ability to choose research methods for the given problem,
- Analytical-thinking skills mixed with the capability to present your research results in clear and attractive ways,
- Experience in cooperating with the development teams while implementing the results of users feedback,
- Fluent communicator in English and Polish, written and spoken (minimum B2 level),
- Planning, prioritization, and self-organization skills,
- Empathy so you can understand the clients’ and users’ need.
Extra points for:
- Knowledge of tools for conducting research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and creating surveys, like Google Analytics, Firebase, Smartlook, Hotjar, Figma, Sketch, AI research tools, SurveyMonkey etc.,
- Experience in design,
- Interest in the mobile app trends,
- Interest or background in psychology.
Here are a few challenges for you:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including desk research, in-depth interviews, surveys, UX audit, competition analysis,
- Designing experiments to verify product hypotheses,
- Defining and verifying product goals and metrics,
- Creating conclusions and recommendations based on research,
- Creating clear reports on research and analysis,
- Performing usability tests,
- Recruiting users for research purposes,
- Improving our Clients’ experience of building successful products with us,
- Exploring the latest UX trends,
- Collaboration with Product Strategy Team in the spirit of continuous discovery for our clients.

Salary:
70 – 100 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)
9 650 – 13 750 PLN/gross (UoP)
