Overview

Arkadium is looking to partner with an experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive player growth and engagement for our games.

Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute innovative user acquisition strategies across various digital channels, ensuring maximum ROI and player retention.  

This is an excellent, highly visible opportunity for someone with both an analytical and creative mindset to shape our UA efforts through a mix of cross-platform testing, data analysis, and campaign management & optimization.

While this role is remote, candidates must be available to work standard hours from 09:00 to 18:00 in the Western European Time (WET) zone – (Portugal time zone), where most of the Engineering and Product teams are based. 

You will be onboarded as a contractor through our international payroll provider.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across various digital channels 
  • Track user acquisition campaign KPIs to manage and optimize performance for success 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with overall business goals 
  • Partner with the Analytics team to track and measure campaign effectiveness, and present results to senior leadership 
  • Conduct AB testing of advertising and app store creatives 
  • Lead the creative direction, developing briefs for new ad creatives, and oversee the production of engaging marketing material 
  • Foster relationships with external partners, influencers and platforms to enhance UA efforts and expand our gaming audience 
  • Generate and execute ideas that engage and excite our players 
  • Stay current on user acquisition trends and competitor strategies  

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience directly managing UA campaigns in the games space 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). 
  • A passion for games and experience in performance marketing for different genres of games 
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful user acquisition strategies 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making 
  • Basic understanding of predicting the Lifetime Value (LTV) and translating it into actionable insights. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency 
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions 
  • Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our cross-functional international teams
