GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team as a Used Car Inspector. In this vital role, you will perform thorough inspections on used vehicles to assess their condition, identify potential issues, and ensure they meet quality standards for resale. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the reputation of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of used cars, evaluating their mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic condition.
• Document and report findings, including necessary repairs or maintenance recommendations.
• Test drive vehicles to verify functionality and assess performance.
• Identify safety and compliance concerns based on applicable regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to address any identified issues and facilitate repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for vehicle inspections.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive inspections or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues in vehicles.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed recommendations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certification or relevant automotive qualifications is a plus.
• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
