We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced US Registered Nurses (USRNs) based in the Philippines to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a remote role providing clinical support services to healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients in the United States, ensuring adherence to US clinical standards and best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA standards, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations 

• Coordinate with US-based physicians, case managers, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care and support 

• Review and document clinical information using patient medical records or insurance claims. 

• Deliver telephonic triage or case management services based on the requirements of the assigned account. 

• Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest US clinical guidelines, standards, and best practices 

Requirements

• Active Philippine RN (PHRN) and USRN license 

• At least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience 

• Clinical background in one or more of the following areas: 

• Emergency Room (ER) 

• Operating Room (OR) 

• Medical-Surgical Nursing 

• Utilization Review (UR) / Utilization Management (UM) 

• Triage 

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) 

• Hemodialysis 

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation platforms 

• Solid understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and workflows 

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with strong communication and documentation skills 

• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (graveyard shift). 

Hardware Requirements 

• 720p HD webcam 

• Noise-canceling headset 

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps 

• Backup laptop, internet source, and UPS or backup power solution 

• Primary device recommendation: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher 

• Backup device recommendation: Intel Core i3 or equivalent with at least 4 GB RAM
