Seeking a US Finance Manager – (Controller) to join our US Team. Ideal candidate will be eligible to work in a remote location within the US with the opportunity to travel internationally and within the US. Opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
Main Purpose
Ensure the compliance of financial information and situations are within their scope.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Appendix) are executed in accordance with local regulation for accounting, social and fiscal aspects
- Ensure compliance on tax matters to fulfil the local requirements, including tax return optimization
- Liaise with external auditors and Tax Authorities
- Manage IC Contracts
- Coordinate the accounting shared service center in Latvia
- Manage Local Invoicing Team
- Manage collection process
- Represent the CFO locally by acting and enforcing the group finance processes.
- Working with external stakeholders as needed (taxes, audits, banking).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Scope is US only
Requirements
Educational Background
- A completed university degree in accounting
Professional Background
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in a similar job
- S/4 HANA experience
- Microsoft Office Suite

Salary base range for this position is between $80K to $100K, dependent upon experience and physical location. This position is eligible for a variable compensation in addition to salary.
