UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant

JK Seva’s Solution Consultants work closely with our clients, remotely (and on-site as necessary), to implement workforce management solutions. This position is responsible for implementations, upgrades, and client support (including design and configuration).

A great consultant is an expert in matters concerning their field. They have excellent skills in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner.

Consulting experience must be included on resume.


  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to clients regarding problems and solutions
  • Identify business issues and work closely with sales to provide UKG solutions that are best for the client
  • Configure solution as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Client.
  • Helps identify change requests to ensure accountability with client
  • Executes and supports JK Seva testing procedures
  • Support UKG implementations, upgrades, customizations and enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting, break-fix and support of Client systems
  • Communicates with Client and JKS project manager including status, challenges, and assistance needed
  • Provide detailed documentation of project work
  • Partner with Clients to ensure successful go-live and post-live.
  • Remote work and possible on-site work as requested by the Client.


  • Expertise in Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
  • MINIMUM experience of 2 full life-cycle implementations
  • Experience with one or more of the following UKG Modules
    • Absence – Accruals, Attendance, Leave
    • Activities
    • Forecasting
    • Advanced Scheduler
    • Timekeeping
    • Time and Attendance
    • Project Manager (a plus)
    • Integration Experience: Boomi (a plus)
  • Knowledge of software development and testing
  • Strong interpersonal skills for clients
  • Good oral and written communication and organizational skills
