What might your days look like

As our UK Partnerships Manager, you will be an integral part of our Partner Sales team. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset to lead our ambitious UK partnerships sales team made up of experienced AE’s; responsible for growing partnerships revenue through a multi-channel approach You’ll spend your time leading from the front, developing strong relationships & revenue for yourself, your team and Employment Hero. You must be comfortable working with ambiguity, a self-starter and capable of keeping up with Employment Hero’s fast pace. This role is part of our Sales leadership team and will also play a key part in strategic decision-making.

As our UK Partnerships Manager, you’ll be:

  • Drive the performance of your team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are consistently exceeded.
  • Execute our sales program, ensuring achievement of plans and net new revenue targets for each of your reports.
  • Train, develop and motivate your sales team in skills, sales methodologies, activities and product.
  • Identify prospective markets and lead sources, and build strategies for target customers
  • Grow and lead – recruiting and retaining a high-performance and highly engaged sales team
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, other sales teams, and client services to develop strategies and execution plans to grow the pipeline.
  • Deliver consistent and accurate sales forecast reports.
  • Capture customer ideas and requests for new product features and feed this back to the product team.
  • Take the lead on driving our success in the UK market.

What will you bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required!)
  • 5+ years’ experience in high volume, B2B sales – we’re a fast-paced business and run a high-velocity sales cycle!
  • 3+ years’ experience leading B2B sales teams – we’re searching for an experienced leader who is still comfortable being hands on
  • Channel or partnerships sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record in sales
  • Strong experience coaching and mentoring a team of high performers
  • Energetic, optimistic and results-driven!
