Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls and provide towing and roadside assistance services.
- Operate tow trucks, winches, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, and other basic roadside assistance tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain and inspect tow trucks and equipment regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in towing and roadside assistance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in towing and roadside assistance is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to operate and maneuver tow trucks and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform towing-related tasks.
- Availability to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and troubleshooting is a plus.
