Every day, law firms across the country create matters in their practice management software. Using One Legal, or one of our many partners, the legal professional places a file-serve order or requests a stand-alone serve. One Legal staff then dispatches that work to the network.
It couldn’t be simpler: you complete the field work, make service attempts, update via our mobile app, and let us know when the job is complete — all through our ServeManager platform. We prepare the proof, you review and sign it, and we are done! Best of all, payment is automatic on all completed jobs; no invoicing needed.

About the role
One Legal is a technology company that integrates with many of the most-used practice management systems in the U.S. These integrations facilitate law firms ordering services like court filing and service of process.
Altogether, thousands of law firms use One legal or one of our partners (e.g., Green Filing) to place and track jobs. We support easy access to everyone: national firms, small and boutique firms, solo practitioners, and individual parties. The result is thousands of serves, court filings, courtesy copy deliveries, and more that represent an opportunity for work for you in your area. To fulfill these jobs, we need to partner with great folks throughout Texas.

This is a remote, independent contractor position.
Requirements
To be a Tracker for InfoTrack you must:
- Be 18 years of age, or older
- Currently hold a valid Texas JBCC process server certification
- Have a valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Have reliable transportation
- Have an ability to perform services for InfoTrack customers including process serving, court deliveries, etc.
- Have an ability to utilize ServeManager software application for performing services
- Have a professional attitude and appearance
- Pass a background check
For the application, prepare to provide the following:
- Profile picture to upload
- 3-5 sentences about yourself, the services you offer (and in what area) and your experience
- Proof of valid driver’s license
- Proof of valid auto insurance
What to expect:
All questions and document uploads must be completed in order for your application to be considered.
Upon submission of the application, we will perform a background check. Following satisfactory results, you will receive an InfoTrack Independent Contractor Agreement for your review and signature along with a W-9 and a Direct Deposit Form to complete and submit.
