Test and Evaluation Analyst – Remote

H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Test & Evaluation Analyst to support the Program Management Support for the Navy’s Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education initiatives for implementation of Navy personnel and pay | ERP system. H2 is seeking experienced analyst to prepare and/or review technical programmatic T&E documentation (i.e. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, Technical Review Plans, and Summary Reports), develop formal correspondence and work with DoD field activities, Integrated Product Teams, Technical Teams, and various vendors.
The Test & Evaluation Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements.
- Make recommendations based on test results.
- Perform developmental testing on systems under development.
- Perform interoperability testing on systems exchanging electronic information with other systems.
- Perform operational testing and record and manage test data.
- Validate specifications and requirements for testability.
- Development of procedural workflows.
- Performance and documentation of testing and validation activities.
- Work under general supervision of the workstream lead following direction and guidance for executing advisory and operations activities.
- Perform requirements, law, regulation, and policy research and synthesize information related to pay and payroll operations.
- Reference applicable government policies, guidance, and processes to effectively track/manage assigned tasks.
- Use MS Excel to perform basic functions (e.g., data entry, formatting, sorting, formulas, pivot tables, etc.) to support analysis of large data sets.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology.
- Certification(s): None
- Experience: 10 years of relative testing and evaluation experience, with preferred SAP or PeopleSoft experience.
- Awareness of a typical test process, be able to analyze requirements, create and execute test cases.
- Experience with Excel to support data analysis through Pivot tables and formulas.
- Comfort learning and working in applications/tools including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/Word/Teams/OneNote/SharePoint), Zoom, etc.
