  • Actively contacting potential customers through phone calls to identify and qualify individuals interested in a company’s product or service
  • Generating leads for the sales team by setting appointments or gathering detailed information about prospective clients through persuasive communication
    • Making outbound calls: dialing through a list of prospective customers to initiate contact and engage in conversations. 
    • Lead qualification: asking targeted questions to assess a prospect’s needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine if they are a qualified lead. 
    • Presenting product/service information: clearly explaining the features and benefits of the company’s offerings to generate interest. 
    • Appointment setting: successfully scheduling consultations or demonstrations with potential clients based on their needs and availability. 
    • Data entry and CRM management: updating lead information accurately within the company’s customer relationship management system. 
    • Following up with leads: reaching out to prospects who have expressed initial interest to nurture their engagement and move them further through the sales funnel. 
    • Overcoming objections: addressing concerns or hesitations raised by potential customers to maintain their interest. 
    • Adhering to sales scripts: utilizing pre-written sales dialogue while tailoring the approach to individual prospects. 

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant remote work experience in TELESALES LEAD GENERATION
  • In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Sales, Lead Generation
  • With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • Ability to do develop knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Knowledge in Target Channels such as: Retail – Electrical, Hardware/DIY stores, Garden Centres, Outdoor Living Stores / Online – Online retailers, Gadget Sellers, B2C companies, etc / Wholesale – Wholesalers, Distributors etc…
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible and can work any hour of the day
  • With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup.
  • Excellent communication skills: articulating information clearly, actively listening, and maintaining a professional demeanor over the phone. 
  • Persuasive selling techniques: ability to effectively present a compelling case for the product/service and address objections. 
  • Strong time management: managing a high call volume while maintaining quality interactions. 
  • Customer service orientation: building rapport with potential clients and providing a positive experience. 
  • Ability to work under pressure: meeting sales targets and quotas in a fast-paced environment.
