Telephone Account Manager – English Speaker – Working From Home

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor who has excellent telephone, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage your own time and engage professionally with Business Customers.

Working as the Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor you will successfully connect with a portfolio of customer and prospect accounts working in a B2B telephone sales environment on behalf of your client.

You will be responsible for driving new distribution points, maximising new revenue opportunities by gaining customer commitment and retaining and growing the company’s overall portfolio and services.

As the Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor you will be required to achieve new distribution sales targets by gathering relevant information on call and expertly selling, promoting, and transferring orders to products. You will ensure you develop a deep understanding of the brand and products, building high levels of knowledge and credibility to support the sales activity.


As the Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A fluent level of English C1 – C2 with strong grammar and spelling skills
  • Engaging and confident with a track record of delivering exceptional sales and service, ideally in a B2B telesales environment
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering against targets
  • Successfully manage your own time to maximise output from your call file, never missing an opportunity
  • Proven ability to confidently hold credible conversations through a consultative approach, building rapport over the phone with both existing and prospective customers
  • Excellent communication skills with strong experience in questioning, active listening, and objection handling. Possesses the ability to quickly identify and grow opportunities
  • Consistently looking for ways to improve own and team processes to enhance customer interactions and drive sales
  • Good administration, planning, and organisation skills, good attention to detail, and accuracy of data captured
  • Comfortable using CRM and online portals


What do we offer?

  • SALARY: £21,000 plus £4000 Bonus (performance-based)
  • LOCATION: Remote Working / Work from Home. However, you must be residing in the UK. Your work equipment will be shipped to your home address.
  • JOB TYPE: 1-year fixed contract
  • WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, Working 1 Week 09:00 – 17:30 and 1 Week 10:30 – 19:00
