Work Setup: REMOTE (MUST BE RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Maintenance:

  • Set up new PCs and printers, ensuring they adhere to organizational standards.
  • Renew SSL/TLS certificates, monitor expiry dates, and apply renewals to secure websites and server applications.
  • Manage VPN renewals to ensure continuous secure remote access to the organization’s network.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Monitor and manage emails, directing them to the appropriate staff.
  • Handle correspondence related to sales, including customer inquiries and order confirmations.
  • Monitor domain auto-renewals, update dates, and manage the sales inbox.
  • Generate Sales Orders for renewed quotes and potentially request quotes for warranty.

Sales and Quoting:

  • Manage SSL Certificates with Trustico, handling tasks such as purchasing, renewing, and revoking certificates.
  • Generate templated quotes and provide quotes for device setups based on fixed scopes.
  • Handle other basic quote setups for services or products offered by the organization.

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting SSL Certificates.
  • Experience with VPN setup and maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client support via phone/email.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing tools, preferably ConnectWise.
  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly desirable.
