Technical Subject Matter Expert (SAP HANA, SLT, FIORI, ABAP, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP HANA, SLT, FIORI, and ABAP technologies to support the Factory Services team on various projects.
• Plan and execute development work for projects supported by the Factory Services team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
• Execute specific programming tasks for SAP HANA and configuration tasks for SAP SLT as per agreements between the client and the Service Provider.
• Address and resolve escalations from stakeholders related to development within the factory, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to ensure development tasks are completed within stipulated timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Generate and provide a monthly dashboard highlighting development activities, deliverable statuses, approval statuses, and time to completion.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to review the dashboard, agree on subsequent activities, and incorporate them into the dashboard as needed

Requirements

• Proven expertise in SAP HANA, SLT, FIORI, and ABAP technologies, demonstrated through hands-on experience and relevant certifications.
• Strong experience in planning and executing development tasks within SAP environments, with a focus on SAP HANA, SLT, and FIORI.
• Proficient in programming languages relevant to SAP development, particularly ABAP, with a track record of delivering high-quality code.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively address escalations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to assess development requirements, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in generating and presenting detailed dashboards to track development activities, deliverables, and timelines
