Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top technical talent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, technical communities) to identify and attract qualified technical professionals.
  • Technical Screening: Assess candidates’ technical skills through technical interviews, coding challenges, or other relevant assessments.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent, tracking candidate progress and engagement.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their technical needs and preferences.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or start-up setting.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and technical frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Workable and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
