Team Manager – Short Term Rental Property Management

Our client is a leading short-term rental management company that specializes in providing seamless experiences for property owners and guests alike. We are seeking a Remote Team Manager to oversee our client’s team of property managers and ensure efficient operations across various projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management tools, and experience in remote team management.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee projects’ QA approval and time tracking processes.
  • Handle higher-level administrative projects efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and updated project management using tools like Monday.

Claims Management:

  • Supervise all claims for QA approval and time tracking.
  • Manage payouts and ensure accurate record-keeping using Monday.
  • Maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and efficiency of the claims board.

Guest Communication:

  • Conduct daily audits of guest messages to ensure timely responses.
  • Manage reviews removal and ensure proper handling of guest feedback.

Housekeeping Operations:

  • Audit housekeeping schedules and assist in assignment management.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support to housekeeping staff when needed.

Financial Management:

  • Audit security deposits and revenue streams regularly.
  • Assist in invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.

Process Optimization:

  • Maintain and update various templates including invoices and guest messaging.
  • Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.

Team Leadership:

  • Assist in leading meetings, taking notes, and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Provide quarterly financial, metrics, and performance reports.

Staffing and Tech Management:

  • Schedule remote staff effectively.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Act as an intermediary between upper management and remote team members.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure proper utilization of project management tools and adherence to processes.
  • Conduct performance assurance virtually and provide feedback as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in remote team management, preferably in property management or hospitality.
  • Airbnb experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1200 – $1500 per month
