Team Lead and Project Manager for Puzzle Websites

Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for word games and puzzles? We’re seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Team and Project Manager. In this role, you’ll lead a team in the creation of exciting word games and puzzle websites. You’ll not only contribute to game development but also play a crucial role in improving our games based on user feedback. Additionally, you’ll assist in building out our small team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in the development of word games and puzzle websites, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm game ideas, features, and improvements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as our team grows.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork among team members.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, bonus if in the web gaming or software development industry.
• Strong passion for word games and puzzles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a virtual environment.
• Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
