Talent Sourcer

Huzzle an AI-powered labor marketplace. We help companies in the US & UK hire top sales talent from emerging markets at a fraction of the cost. We’ve averaged 37% MoM revenue growth over the past 8 months.

Now, we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer (Outbound) to identify and engage high-potential sales candidates (SDRs / AEs) across key markets. You’ll be responsible for top-of-funnel outreach and play a key role in filling our talent pipeline.

You will:

  • Source and identify SDR candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
  • Conduct outbound outreach and message candidates directly
  • Pre-qualify candidates and invite them into our AI interview funnel
  • Hit weekly outreach and sourcing targets
  • Work closely with the Talent team to optimize sourcing strategy and messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or outbound talent outreach
  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, ATS tools, or sourcing platforms
  • Detail-oriented, fast executor, and goal-driven mindset
  • Bonus: experience recruiting in regions like South East Asia, Africa, or LATAM
