We’re looking for an awesome Talent Sourcer to help build our technology division focused on Collaboration, Unified Communications, Building Technologies & Physical Security for both SaaS & Hardware Companies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiter who is assigned to your team to bring the best talent to our clients and contribute to successful placements.
  • Leverage LinkedIn & LinkedIn Recruiter to send outreach Opportunity Messaging
  • Help coordinate calls with candidates interested in opportunities from your outreach with your assigned recruiter to go through the CEC’s screening process.
  • Will be using Office 365 (Specifically Microsoft Word) and Adobe PDFs to send information to the candidates you are helping and your assigned Recruiter.
  • Using Google/G-suite (Sheets, Excel, Folders, Calendar, Email) inputting data and tracking information
  • Actively connect with Talent in the market that is in your assigned territory.
  • Work with Recruiter who is assigned to you in building out Hiring Mgr. Roll-Up-Lists in PCR for the specific vertical to target
  • Run through the company’s career pages in your space to see what hires theyare looking for, and put them in our Job Board Doc for the Team to see

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of admin/back-office experience
  • Experience inputting high volumes of data
  • Very organized and detail-oriented, and the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively to others
  • Not required, but helpful if there is working knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Not required, but CRM Technology experience inputting data and tracking information
  • Not required, but Experience using Google/G-suite (Sheets, Excel, Folders, Calendar, Email) inputting data and tracking information
  • Needs to be able to work US hours and ok working fully remote.
