Talent Scout (Remote – open to Fresh Graduates)

Trifecta Retail Ventures is a group of independent businesses. We are constantly looking for capable and talented people to join us, or the teams in our group. As a Talent Scout, you would be responsible for hiring talent for all of these teams.

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Scout where you’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing your own schedule to bring in new talent to our teams! Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, you’ll proactively engage with potential candidates, as well as go through applications to identify top talent to speak with. You will be responsible for conducting 15-minute screening calls with candidates, and booking in longer interviews for promising individuals. Your keen eye for talent will be pivotal as you constantly forward candidates to our co-founders and CEOs, contributing to the growth and success of our portfolio businesses.

This is a permanent, full-time role which allows you to work remotely from anywhere.

As a Talent Scout at Trifecta Retail Ventures, you will:

  • Have a high degree of autonomy and manage your own schedule.
  • Reach out to possible candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Tools.
  • Screen candidates resumes and applications.
  • Book in and have 15-minute video calls with candidates.
  • Identify talent with potential.
  • Book in longer interviews with the candidates that have potential.
  • Constantly forward promising candidates over to the co-founders, or to the CEOs of the portfolio businesses.

We are looking for someone who:

  • At the end of a long week, needs to recharge by spending time with people or going to a party.
  • Has excellent written and verbal English.
  • Prefers working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Is incredibly smart and resourceful.
  • Has excellent organisational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is a recent or fresh graduate.
