Talent Development Officer
Reliance Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Development Officer to join our team. The Talent Development Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the learning and development initiatives within the organization, focusing on identifying talent needs, designing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and Development Policies: Collaborate with the Talent Development Lead to create/revise Learning and Development policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, performance management metrics, and best practices.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and learning opportunities across the organization.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of comprehensive training curricula based on the findings of TNAs, aimed at addressing identified skill gaps, enhancing employee competencies, and supporting organizational objectives.
- Training Program Implementation: Support the implementation of structured training programs to equip employees with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies identified in TNAs, fostering their professional growth and supporting organizational goals.
- Onboarding Curriculum Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective onboarding curricula to ensure new employees receive the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources for a successful transition into their roles within Reliance Health.
- Communication and Training Delivery: Support in communicating changes to policies, procedures, and training initiatives by sharing clear and comprehensive communications and assisting in conducting training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
- LMS Utilization: Ensure proper utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to align with outlined actions in the talent development plan, thereby enhancing metrics and streamlining processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Partners, Division Leads, and senior leadership, to align talent development efforts with organizational needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support talent development initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in talent development or related field is a plus.
