Position:  Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary:  $1100-$1400/month, plus bonus for each hire you make

Hours: EST overlap needed (either 9am – 12pm or 4pm – 6pm), but flexible on arrangement

Benefits: 13th month pay, stipend to use on HMU or mobile backup, and flexible vacation/sick leave

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates at Typescouts. You’ll be working on various client profiles, doing end-to-end recruitment work for both the Philippines and South America/LatAm.


  • Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top candidates globally.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote and global roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring candidates globally.
  • Proven experience in the South American/LatAm market
  • Proven experience hiring candidates for US companies
  • Familiarity with active sourcing (outbound)
