Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source, attract, and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using our ATS.
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Support in building a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Passion for recruitment and helping candidates find the right career opportunities.
