  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Regularly report on recruitment metrics and progress to the UK management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a remote context.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
