As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication. Working closely with the team , you will help ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Skills & experience we’re looking for ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป

Weโ€™re looking for someone dynamic and youโ€™ll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role.

  • 0-1 years of experience.
  • PGDM/MBA in HR
  • Strong attention to detail & follow-ups
  • Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skill
  • Familiarity with Gmail, G-Suite, and Excel

You will ๐Ÿ“ฒ

    • Analytics: Responsible for maintaining TA Dashboards and helping in analytics
    • Operations : Responsible for conceptualising, drafting & updating various Playbooks related to TA & People Capabilities
    • Analytics: Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen the sourcing pipeline
    • Operations : Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
    • Collaboration: Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and full loops.
    • Collaboration: Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and candidates.
    • Operations: Ability to identify bottlenecks and look for most effective solutions
    • Operations: Work on special pre-vetted & ad-hoc projects
