As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication. Working closely with the team , you will help ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Skills & experience we’re looking for ๐จโ๐ป
Weโre looking for someone dynamic and youโll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- PGDM/MBA in HR
- Strong attention to detail & follow-ups
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner
- Excellent written & verbal communication skill
- Familiarity with Gmail, G-Suite, and Excel

- Analytics: Responsible for maintaining TA Dashboards and helping in analytics
- Operations : Responsible for conceptualising, drafting & updating various Playbooks related to TA & People Capabilities
- Analytics: Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen the sourcing pipeline
- Operations : Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
- Collaboration: Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and full loops.
- Collaboration: Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and candidates.
- Operations: Ability to identify bottlenecks and look for most effective solutions
- Operations: Work on special pre-vetted & ad-hoc projects
