We invite a talented System Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of new features, including those used for technological prognosis. Our client’s healthcare cost containment service offers affordable, deductible health insurance plans that save money with lower premiums and tax breaks. You’ll be part of a platform that facilitates reference-based pricing for employers and offers patient advocacy advice, data analytics reporting, and accredited care management services.

✅ Is that you?
- Upper-Intermediate English level, including formal writing skills
- 4+ year’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly MS Office and Excel (including advanced functions)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities; effective task prioritization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self-motivation; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Desirable:
- Experience with writing Excel queries
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Ability to process and analyze large data volumes
Key responsibilities and your contribution
You’ll play an important role in researching, analyzing, and managing data to help the team ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support informed decision-making.
- Research, document, and cite sources for state Medicaid programs following prompts to identify key pricing and editing components
- Analyze supporting data and create standardized data dictionaries
- Review a worklist for data changes requiring new data loads
- Initiate new data load requests
- Analyze data that support pricing and editing functions, and create data dictionaries using predefined templates
- Work with a senior analyst to ensure content quality and identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop business requirements documents (BRD) using a template
- Create test claims to validate requirements using existing claim example templates
- Manage BRD deadlines, track completion progress, and identify open items requiring stakeholder input
