Responsibilities

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions in the consumer services industry.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each job vacancy.
• Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top-quality candidates.
• Utilizing various recruitment channels, such as online job boards and social media platforms, to find potential candidates.
• Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job.
• Managing and updating candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Providing regular updates and reports to hiring managers and clients on the progress of recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process and understanding of industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
